Ordering

3.1. Any contract for the supply of Goods or Services from this website contact is between you and Andosa Lab. You agree to take particular care when providing us with your details and warrant that these details are accurate and complete at the time of ordering. You also warrant that the credit or debit card details that you provide are for your own credit or debit card and that you have sufficient funds to make the payment.

3.2. Skincare and makeup range, Goods and Services purchased from this Website are intended for your use only and you warrant that any Goods purchased by you are not for resale and that you are acting as principal only and not as agent for another party when receiving the Services.

3.3. Please note that some of our Goods may be suitable for certain age ranges only. You should check that the product you are ordering is suitable for the intended recipient.

3.4. When ordering from this Website you may be required to provide an e-mail address and password. You must ensure that you keep the combination of these details secure and do not provide this information to a third party.

3.5. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

3.6. Any order that you place with us is subject to product availability, delivery capacity, and acceptance by us and the Participating Suppliers. When you place your order online, we will send you an email and SMS to confirm that we have received it. This email and SMS confirmation will be produced automatically.

3.7 When you make an order, you are making an offer to purchase, and such offer is subject to acceptance by us. Your receipt (email/SMS/push notification) of an order confirmation from us does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time, after receiving your order, to accept decline, or cancel your order (in whole or in part) for any reason whatsoever. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. In the event of a purchase, you will be required to accurately provide the recipient's name and shipping address. 3.8. If you have placed two or more identical orders by mistake, please let us know about it. We will give a full refund for the duplicate order, provided that the order has not been prepared or delivered.

If we find that the same order has been made twice, we will try to contact the customer to confirm the order. If the customer is not contactable, we will decide on your behalf and that will be final.

3.8. The confirmation message will specify the items ordered along with a receipt of payment.

3.9. Soon after the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that will help you trace your order.

3.9. If for any reason we are unable to complete your order, we will contact you and ask you to amend your order.

3.10. If the product/or Goods are not available or if there is no delivery capacity, we will also let you know by email text message (SMS), or phone call.

Prices and Payment

You also warrant that the credit or debit card details that you provide are for your own credit or debit card and that you have sufficient funds to make the payment.

All prices listed on the Website are correct at the time of publication and have been based on input received from the supplier; While we give great care to keep them up to date, the final price charged to you can change at the time of confirmation of order placement delivery based on the latest menu and prices. We also reserve the right to alter the Goods or Services available for sale on the Website.

4.3. All prices for delivery by Andosa Lab are correct at the time of publication displayed on the website. However, we reserve the right to alter these in the future.

4.4. The total price for Food Delivery, Goods, or Services ordered, including delivery charges and other charges, will be displayed on the Website when you place your order. Full payment must be made for all Goods despatched and Services provided. Payment has to be made online e.g. net banking, credit or debit card, or by cash on delivery (if available).

4.5. In the case of online payment, you must pay for your order before it is delivered. Our website is integrated with 3rd party payment gateways. We do not store any card or banking details on our website. For privacy policies and terms and conditions, please refer to the relevant payment gateway’s website.

4.6. Payment for Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) orders will be collected from the Shipping Address, NOT the Billing Address. If you are sending someone a gift, you may want to consider making an Online Payment.

4.6. GST bill will be provided on request.

Delivery

5.1. Delivery periods quoted at the time of ordering are approximate only and may vary. Goods will be delivered to the address designated by you at the time of ordering.

5.2. If delivery is done by its delivery partners, it is the Participating supplier’s sole responsibility to provide skincare and makeup delivery promptly.

5.3. In the case delivery is done by Andosa Lab or a third-party delivery partner assigned by Andosa Lab, we will give great care to deliver on time. No responsibility is taken for late delivery by Andosa Lab in either case.

5.4. All orders are delivered by a reputable courier. We and the delivery partner will make every effort to deliver within the time stated. However, we will not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused to you because of late delivery.

5.5. In case of a late delivery, the delivery charge will neither be voided nor refunded by Andosa Lab.

5.6. All risks in the Goods and the Food Delivery shall pass to you upon delivery.

5.7. If you fail to accept delivery of Goods at the time they are ready for delivery, or we are unable to deliver at the nominated time due to your failure to provide appropriate instructions, then such goods shall be deemed to have been delivered to you and all risk and responsibility to such goods shall pass to you.

5.8. Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery of the order to an alternative delivery address

5.9. The delivery of the items ordered will be attempted only once at the address provided. In the event the delivery is not executed due to any reason whatsoever, the order shall be considered complete, and re-delivery or a refund will not be an option. The order will be deemed executed and delivered in the following events:

  • The wrong address was provided by the customer
  • Recipient not available at the shipping address
  • Premises locked
  • Unreachable or incorrect phone number of the recipient
  • The recipient refused the products.
  • Delivered the product at the gate/reception / of the premises
  • Restricted entry to premises

5.10. We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or that the wrong item is delivered to you. In that case, no refunds will be processed and we shall try to redeliver the order on the same day. If we are not able to deliver the order on the same day then it will be delivered on the next day at the earliest.

5.11. Deliveries shall not be made on National Holidays. Orders scheduled for National holidays will be delivered on the next working day. The standard delivery period is 7 business days.

5.12 In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ natural calamity/ National Bandh/election dates/ curfews/traffic jams/festival times/regulated traffic movements/ or any other impediments that may restrict the delivery of the order. Andosa Lab reserves the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.

5.13. No instructions will be entertained for any request to change the date of delivery.
